Millions have now heard about "pee whores" for the first time

Those of us online have known about this allegation from Chris Steele's dossier for at least a year. However, millions of people who rely on TV for their news, have heard this for the first time this past week.

Whenever TV news had mentioned Steele's dossier, they made vague references to "salacious allegations." The subject was just too "delicate" for TV.

Well, the Comey interview kinda blew the lid off of TVs "delicacy" on the subject.

To be clear, no one knows if this story is true.

But here's my question. Why would the Russians interfere in our election in order to help Trump, and then tarnish him by feeding Chris Steele some "pee whore" story?

Further, Trump has spent more than a year kissing Putin's ass, which makes it seem as though Putin is holding something really big over him.

Nonetheless, everyone who owns a TV has now heard this tale. Had such a story come out about Obama or Bill Clinton, they would probably have had to resign the next day. But it obviously hasn't changed Trump's standing with his base, -- all those "God fearing," "Patriotic," "Real" Americans.

I guess that's a pretty good measure of how screwed we are right now.

I don't think Steele got the reputation he has (REPUG attempts to smear him, aside) by being so gullible...

Or are you saying IF the story is indeed FALSE, then why would it have been perpetuated, as it doesn't help Russian attempts to promote him?

Not sure I follow...

Perhaps the powers that be in Russian didn't realize how good Steele's contacts were.

when urolagnia would be openly discussed on a TV news show.

What a time to be alive !

Watched a discussion on CNN yesterday when one of the contributors (male) used the term 'golden showers' at least three times. I could sense the unease in the studio. I'm no prude but it was mid-afternoon US time - surely they know kids might be watching.
