I really can't understand why anybody would vote for Ted Cruz. Even republicans in Congress hate him.

The Kochs, the Mercers, etc. can pour $30 million into his coffers out of petty cash tomorrow, and not even notice the expense.

If O'Rourke's poll numbers begin to look threatening to Cruz, you had better believe the cash situation (including dirty PAC and Super-PAC money) for Cruz will tick upwards by a factor of ten or more. The REAL victory will come if that doesn't prove to be enough to keep Cruz in office, but it will be an uphill fight, and anyone who thinks differently is fooling himself. GOTV is EVERYTHING in this race, and both sides know it.
