JUST IN: Michael Cohen Reportedly Killed Us Weekly Story About Don Jr. Affair
Another day, another story Trump lawyer Michael Cohen had to kill about a Trump family member having a scandalous affair.
This time, the Wall Street Journal reports that Cohen killed an Us Weekly story being prepared in 2013 on Donald Trump Jr.’s alleged affair with pop singer Aubrey O’Day.
Don Jr., President Donald Trump’s adult son, was a year earlier a judge on Celebrity Apprentice while O’Day was a contestant.
After Don Jr.’s separation from his wife Vanessa this year, reports about his alleged affair with O’Day began to surface. It even appeared that O’Day penned a song about the affair: the first song on her only solo album, 2013’s Between Two Evils, is entitled “DJT,” and it’s hot-n-heavy.
Per the WSJ, as Us Weekly prepared their story on Don Jr. and O’Day, they received a call from a furious Cohen, who “threatened legal action and became so irate that they muted the call while he spoke.”
