Romney campaign issues new statement on healthcare

It's about time the Romney campaign cleared up the confusion.

"I signed into law a healthcare mandate in my home state of Massachusetts. But I am adamantly opposed to Obama's healthcare mandate, which is absolutely identical to the mandate that I made into Massachusetts law, but now reject outright. Today, I praised Israel's healthcare system and its superiority over the U.S healthcare system. I touted the ingenuity of the Israeli system that is made possible because of a mandate that is exactly like the mandate that I signed into law and now criticize as "socialized medicine" and denigrate as "horrible policy." I have campaigned to dismantle Obama's mandate, but I now stand in glorious awe and wonder of the Israeli healthcare system that is built upon mandates, much like the mandates that I signed into law but now oppose and claim will destroy our great nation. Banana lamp howls at the granite, but never fear the tide when the reverse option has your squirrel in the fast lane. Cheeto, my friends. He's Jim Pembry! Now talk to him dammit!! Seamus no! Not on the carpet!"

...makes it through ten minutes of a debate with Obama.

How in the world can Romney defend his positions on healthcare, the environment or other issues? He's flip flopped worse than any politician EVER. He's flat out said that global warming is real and man made, and he's walked that back. He implemented the healthcare in Mass, that he is now against.

Seriously. He's going to get the smack down in the debates.

The only danger is that the Republicans will demand such tight restrictions on format and comments--from the Democrats. We'd better now capitulate. Seriously. Romney is at his best, when he is scripted. And he can be very scripted in those debates, so we must be sure to make our points and make them well. No "kid gloves" when it comes to Romney and these debates.

...I could almost envision Romney trailing off into never never land like that. He comes off as such an oblivious toolbag.

Bush was the petulant frat boy. Romney seems like a human ham sandwich.
