If drumpf doesn’t like them he can petition congress to change the law for the future. Good luck with that.

What, there's some law that say I can't hire my daughter and son-in-law for my staff? I'll just say they're not on the payroll. No problem, anymore. I shouldn't let people without security clearance sit in on classified meetings and see classified documents? Says who, and who's going to stop me? Presidents hold regular press conferences and answer directly to the American people through a free and independent media? That's what those suckers did who came before me; Trumpy don't play that.

If you can pre-judge unnamed taint team members you can pre-judge all taint team members, effectively killing the whole process. Plus, we have history on what happens when the accused is allowed to make the determination on exclusion. When the prosecutors subpoenaed Nixon for the WH tapes he provided edited transcripts of those tapes. The courts ruled that Nixon hand over the tapes. That is when it was discovered that one of the tapes had an 18 minute gap. It also exposed how incomplete those transcripts were. Indeed, all of the incriminating conservations were edited out. Here you can be just as assured that Trump would strip out and put in the privileged pile all incriminating data. It made no sense then and it makes no sense now. I'm sure the Judge will see through this gambit as well and reject it. Trump will then appeal to a higher court until it ends up before the Supreme Court where Gorsuch would have to recuse himself.

if IQ45 himself were to edit the data, he j u s t might be "distracted" by a delivery of fresh fries, a news video clip of Stormy, or a golf ball rolling across the floor of the Oval Office - and submit a juicy fact or two in the process!

Trump obviously can't get true justice in a court building named after a life-long Democrat!

I'd use the sarcasm icon, but they'll probably actually try to do it.
