...does that imply that Cohen has negotiated non-disclosure agreements for Hannity? It seems like that's one of Cohen's business specialties.
How delicious would it be if Hannity had affairs that Cohen covered up and they get exposed in the demise of Trump?
Anyway, we should know the answer to that question in relatively short order, I hope.

(6,288 posts)..rather than a legal advisor, since the money-man appears to be his only position, & his lawyer creds are scant, then there can be NO attorney/client privilege.

(12,608 posts)Any lawyer document a brief discussion about a legal question. You could have sat in a bar and asked a lawyer a brief legal question. Also, don't you have your own lawyer? Lol, so he is saying he had a free consultation. I don't think lawyers document that. I could be wrong.

(9,291 posts)but he's your attorney via Cohens attorney. Wow, these people live in a different world. Every time I hired an attorney, they don't represent until you put some money down. Which is fine, and agreed too.
Guess the FBI can find that out.
