Judge Kimba Wood is presiding over trial of @realDonaldTrump’s lawyer.

She was picked by Bill Clinton to be Attorney General.

Now she has power over the lawyer who works for the man who beat Bill’s wife in the 2016 election.

but I couldn't remember why. I looked her up in wiki and found the reason. Bill Clinton had nominated her to be US atty general after his first choice was discovered to have had a nanny that she paid under the table (no taxes, etc withheld). Kimba Wood was his next choice, but she had also had an immigrant nanny although the nanny was legally hired and paid above board. Her name had to be withdrawn, then Janet Reno ended up as atty general. She's 73 or 74 now and a senior judge.
