they finally got some of the mechanics right, eventually the chief of staff explained that they need 2/3rds in each house to really kick her out.

on the other hand, they had the supreme court challenge whether or not the president could fire multiple member of the cabinet at the same time, saying it was unprecedented.


imho, it's silly to even think that if the president can fire one cabinet member but not fire several at the same time. that makes no sense, there wouldn't be any supreme court challenge on that basis.

also, nixon had his entire cabinet submit resignation letters when he started his second term. ok, maybe not technically "firing", but if they're saying "unprecedented", they could have mentioned this.
