Robert Mueller warns that 'many stories about our investigation have been inaccurate'
................
But this statement, given to The Washington Times, a pro-Trump outlet that routinely takes aim at reports hostile to the president, struck a different tone.
The spokesman reportedly said:
"What I have been telling all reporters is that many stories about our investigation have been inaccurate.
"Be very cautious about any source that claims to have knowledge about our investigation and dig deep into what they claim before reporting on it.
"If another outlet reports something, don't run with it unless you have your own sourcing to back it up."

(1,009 posts)Hmm, interesting. I smell a rat too.
When I first read it this morning, my speed reading subconscious (or unconscious) brain read Wapo/Times. It's no coincidence that Washington Times named themselves that. When you're on information overload, you might have a brain fart quite often. There's another media outlet with Washington in it that is leftist, and I can't keep them straight.
Mueller spokesperson wouldn't be going to Washington Times to get that info out.

If not, then please remove the article. I would think Mueller's office would at least answer if they made a statement
or not.
There is an email link on top of article.
