Supreme Court spokeswoman Kathleen Arberg said in a statement to The Hill that Sotomayor, 63, injured her left shoulder in a fall at her home Monday morning.

Sotomayor's doctor confirmed Monday afternoon that her shoulder was broken, she added.

"She will wear a sling for several weeks and will undergo physical therapy," Arberg said.

"Justice Sotomayor plans to continue with her schedule as usual."

Just the one pick so far was bad enough.

Can you imagine if the jackass in the White House ended up with 3 or 4?

I confess, I'm not at all surprised that you won't let this interfere with the enormous job you have taken on. Your determination and dedication are obvious, just from your achievement in reaching that high office.

My whole arm from shoulder to wrist turned black. Still discolored. Give her some good pain killers. She will need them.

She’s a Type I diabetic and I wonder if she has diabetic neuropathy which can lead to falls. Poor lady.
