Doesn't that negate the attorney-client privilege?
And since Cohen called Hannity a client doesn't that mean the Feds confiscated some evidence that Cohen realizes is damaging to both him and Hannity so he was trying to invoke attorney-client privilege in Hannity's case?

(4,429 posts)1. Hannity needs to consult another lawyer
perhaps, this time, he might consider paying someone

That shall be his downfall.

If you were having that conversation as part of considering using the lawyer to represent you, even if you don't end up doing so.
A few things seem strange to me:
1. Why would Michael Cohen give free legal advice?
2. Why would Hannity not go to an actual real estate lawyer to ask questions related to real estate?
3. Why does Hannity care about keeping the conversation confidential if it was no big deal?

So Hannity is a client, and he better hope that whatever he is trying to hide is deemed out if scope by the taint team.

Nixon: I am NOT a crook!
Trump: I am NOT a colluder!
Hannity: I am NOT a client!
Inducted now, indicted later.
