I wonder if had she lived long enough she would have left the republican party as they go full on moral nutters. The Bushes did not bail when it started. Bet they could be flattered into staying to keep the thin veneer of old time republicanism on the elephant. She raised alot of money for literacy which is good. It will not make up for how the GOP is gutting schools. The US is a much more transactional place and that is not a good thing.
