What if Hannity's $10 was a good faith payment?

What if Hannity's payment was not in the form of dollars but in the form of services? His being a Faux News announcer is worth far more than what money can bring in. What if he bartered with Cohen for a position in the WH in exchange for his services? Maybe this is the real estate deal he talks of. The money was good faith payment of an unspoken contract. The fact that he didn't want to announce that he had a business relationship with Cohen meant there was something to hide. Hannity is not the client here, rather Cohen is. My thoughts.

I can't believe any real lawyer wouldn't draw a bright line between client and non-client. Girard442 Apr 2018 #2

But then Cohen probably isn't any identifiable kind of real lawyer anyway.
