Corker: Any Republican Senator Who Hasn't Been 'Conflicted' by Trump Is Either Comatose or Blind

Senator Bob Corker (R- TN) spoke with reporters this morning about a range of topics from the election to replace him to the relationship Republicans on Capitol Hill have with President Trump.

During the Christian Science Monitor breakfast, Corker was asked about voting for President Trump in the future.

“Responding to conjecture is bad for your health,” Corker said. “Look, any Republican senator that hasn’t been conflicted over this presidency is either comatose or is pretty useless in their blindness, okay? And we’ve got some of both, of course. Not many.” He said it’s a delicate balance between “chaotic” days and the fact that Trump is still a Republican who will sign into law whatever the GOP-led Congress passes.

Corker––who was pretty critical of Trump last year––noted he currently has a good relationship with the President. “He’s very accessible and we have a warm relationship.”

Really, comparing them to Republican Congress people.

I know folks who are blind, and I've been in a coma, so I resent this on both counts.

Just so people know, I'm sort of kidding. Sort of.

would still vote for the Trumpster. This is with hindsight, a clear view of the damage the Trumpster has inflicted on the country, not to mention the GOP. When asked Monday, the fearless Corker said he would still vote for the Weasel-in-Chief.

Conclusion? Corker talks a good talk but is as spineless as the rest.
