Commercial airline pilots are a remarkable group of people. My weird hobby is listening to ATC recordings of crashes and other incidents, and the pilots almost never panic, even in fatal incidents. It’s always professional.

Hard to believe that at the age of 56 she's only four years from the mandatory retirement age (60) of the airlines.
