Since they did the Republicans' bidding before, it becomes easier for the DOJ to justify to themselves why to continue satisfying the Repugs' (and Trump's) unending demands for more and more investigations of Donnie Two Scoops' alleged enemies (which is everyone except Ivanka and Jared, and he's not sure of Jared). Using the DOJ and FBI as your personal "fixers" is another chapter in Fascism for Dummies.
