★Federal judge blocks Trump administration from cutting Planned Parenthood program funds★

Washington (CNN)A federal judge in Washington state has issued a permanent injunction that blocks the Trump administration from slashing grants to a Planned Parenthood program that funds teen pregnancy prevention programs across the country.

The decision came from US District Judge Thomas Rice on Tuesday, whose ruling stated that the Trump administration cannot end the program, due to the fact that it would cause harm.

"The Court determines that the public interest weighs in favor of (Planned Parenthood), as it would prevent harm to the community ... and prevent loss of data regarding the effectiveness of teen pregnancy prevention," Rice wrote.

This marks the second time in a week a federal judge has ruled against the Trump administration with regard to teen pregnancy prevention. Last week, a federal judge in Washington, DC, ruled that the Trump administration's plan to cut funds to the Teen Pregnancy Prevention Program were unlawful.

Planned Parenthood President Cecile Richards accused Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner of making an offer that felt like a "bribe" during a meeting back in January 2017.

"Jared and Ivanka were there for one reason: to deliver a political win," Richards writes in "Make Trouble: Standing Up, Speaking Out, and Finding the Courage to Lead," which was released Tuesday, People reported. "In their eyes, if they could stop Planned Parenthood from providing abortions, it would confirm their reputation as savvy dealmakers. It was surreal, essentially being asked to barter away women's rights for more money."

Let's see. So far a Court has made him re-instate DACA; questioned his basis for the Muslim ban; and it looks like his nominee for the head of the VA appears to be going down in flames. He was upstaged in an address before a Special Joint Session of Congress by the French President Macron.

In spite of being born in France, President Macron's speech, spoken in English was more coherent than any speech president Trump has ever delivered even though President Macron has never attended the beautiful Wharton School of Business in Pennsylvania. Viva la France!!
