Al Franken was taken down and nobody demanded a full investigation

into the money trail that was behind it, let's hope some journalists do their job this time around and follow the money trail that is attacking Joy Reid, instead of devoting their resources to following Trump's laser pointer around like a pack of kittens.

I still don't understand how nobody questioned the people behind it, Al Franken didn't even get 1% of the support from the media and Democrats in Washington than a piece of shit like Roy Moore received from the media and Republicans in Washington.

but the GOP chair of the ethics committee refused to investigate, thus covering up for any possible nefarious activity on the part of the GOP. Other than that, you're correct. No investigation. Just a resignation. Disgusting.

Sounds like it will be investigated. As for the money, we know for a fact it originated as a right wing attack. Just like with Franken. There really needs to be very little money involved. One hacker passing along info to Breitbart. Done deal. No money involved if the posts were there from Reids hands in the first place. Just waiting to time it for maximum impact. Either way it is shady.

Franken appears to have been a more well funded controversy.
