Trump lies to everybody, and he lies every day, and he’s been doing it for many years. On the few occasions where his lying would actually be a crime, he suddenly can’t remember anything and gives no meaningful response to the question. This is what he did while giving a deposition in the Trump University lawsuit.

And given her connections to known Kremlin propagandists (including her former husband) she probably has a lot on him, pee tape or not.

I don't know if this one particular instance is legally actionable per se because it wasn't a formal FBI interview, but I think it did dig him in a deeper hole. The fact that he is used talking points from Russian agents to the FBI director to attempt to dissuade the notion that he is compromised by and/or colluding with the Russians is--at the very least--the height of irony.

about how the Dossier was fake were as follows:

1) Trump did not stay overnight at the hotel in Moscow
2) Michael Cohen did not go to Prague, he has no stamp on his passport.

Looks like both talking points are now dead.
