Minimalization, Denial and Blame.....RE: Joy Ann matter....

Minimalization Denial and Blame are the wheel of Domestic Abuse. I am a survivor and former counselor....that is the first handout we give the battered ladies as a teaching tool.....The Batterer uses these tactics as a form of escaping responsibility for his abusive behavior....

RE: Joy Ann...we are Democrats and we are about transparency....first and foremost.....if one of our own falls, they make amends and move on....I AM NOT SAYING Joy Ann IS USING THESE TACTICS....I am saying DU is using them. WE ARE.

Let this be her fight and be patient with the conclusion and stop this on the sidelines fighting. We are not Republicans who stand by and envelop any and all kinds of horrid behavior. Please do not mimic Republican behavior. We are DU and better than all this spitting and spatting. We have plenty of things to fight FOR. Not about.
