Angela just gave Donny another classic eye-roll. LOL!

Donny was talking about he's going to make it easier to fire people (in relation to the VA). He said we'd do it quick, "as fast as they do in Germany," whatever the hell that's supposed to mean. Angela gave him that inquisitive look and rolled her eyes like "what a douche bag."

who transplanted to the US to be close to their major customers.

They have a decidedly different view of employee management than we Americans do. Basically, it's harder to fire people over there.
