Paul Farhi @farhipIm afraid all the debate over whether Michelle Wolf was too mean to Sarah Sanders is going to overshadow this juicy bit of media criticism in her #whca monologue:

Most unfiltered comedy is too raunchy for that type of televised forum. That blunt form of humor can deliver hard truths in an uncompromising way which challenges listeners to think and react. Wolf's delivery was as devastating as it was uncomfortable for some. There isn't one person associated with Trump who didn't deserve her rant, if not much more.
It is incomprehensible how this administration and his republican Congress can be allowed to dismantle so many lives and fortunes in their self-serving quest for money and power. It's baffling to me why the country tolerates even one more day of this national tragedy.
The people who are actively promoting, excusing, and furthering this abomination are fortunate that they're just subjected to words, and not reciprocal consequences for the hundreds of thousands of lives and livelihoods they've ruined and threaten to destroy.

Still, they couldn't resist giving it one more try after Comey's letter to Congress was revealed.

Very telling.
