I’m over you pearl-clutching dorks verklempt over Michelle Wolf’s jokes. You’ve been telling us to hear “both sides” on racism and homophobia since Trump’s campaign began but when your gala buddies get a little uncomfortable it’s time to make sweeping condemnations. Choke.

It seems to me that when you hire a comedian to tell jokes at a roast, you ought to expect personal jokes. If you don't want jokes, don't hire a comedian. If you don't want a comedian, just have speeches - no one will watch but there will be no pearl-clutching.
