Inside and out there is nothing genuine about this man. I understand people need dentures and its not a bad thing, but the guy tries so hard to brand himself as like the epitome of health and manliness yet he's got fake teeth, fake hair fake tan, fake dr.'s report, fake physical. He's probably been taking "male enhancement" pills for years.
