MSNBC breaks new ground in color blindness.

They are running a picture of former congressman William Jefferson as Judge Ellis of the EDVA.

Do these people look alike to you?





Jefferson was convicted in a trial in which Ellis presided, so his picture comes up in Google searches for Ellis. But you’d think people paid to do this stuff weren’t so stupid.

...because Ellis was the trial judge. But I can’t believe they don’t click on the link to get the context of the image.

You'd think there be a little more vetting by a news organization beyond "google his name and see what comes up".
