So I missed this 20K story,

Listening to Avenatti on Rachel, there was an entry for 20-odd thousand that was not a Cohen deposit so now Cohen is claiming that Avenatti is all wrong. That is like someone robbing a bank and then saying "Hey, you can't prosecute me because you didn't say that I only took the 100 dollar bills and you said I took a bunch of 20s too!"

Cohen's lawyers response effectively confirmed the vast majority of Avenatti's document.

Avenatti had said on Rachel's show that when he took exams in school, he would have been thrilled to get 99.something%, then Lawrence found that the percent was even higher.
