What it is is equality vs discrimination - "we're all in this together as brothers and sisters" vs "get to the back of the bus, n****rs!"

In the long run, you can't run a successful business based on hatred and exclusion, which is why the 'bagger run companies will always have to draw from and lean on normal society - which recognizes our equality under the law.
