Did Cohen or Trump pressure Amazon for any contributions?

Cohen was calling Fortune 400 companies to see if they wanted access to Donald Trump. About six weeks ago, Trump criticized Amazon over several matters, including Bezos' ownership of the Washington Post.
On March 28th, Amazon shares lost about 5% and about $30 billion of its market value.

Did Trump or Cohen attempt to extort money from Amazon? Could Trump's actions and his criticism be considered criminal in nature?

There may be more to the story?
