First it was robo Calista Gingrich, and now I'm getting robo-called by Focus on the Family!?!?

They called to say they are sending me voter registration information? Honestly, how the hell did I get on their call list?? I just hope they send me something with a request for money, and a postage paid envelope because I'm pretty sure I could think of a thing or two to put in that envelope, before I mail it back. And, surprisingly enough, it won't be money.

I've been through a lot of election years, but never one where I've gotten this many pestering phone calls.

The more time wasted with you, the less they have to influence others.

Otherwise I'd have stayed on the line, on the chance a real person would ask me for money. I think I could have come up with a thing or two to say to the poor sap on the other end of that line.

Then I yelled "TELL CALISTA AND NEWT TO FUCK OFF!" and hung up. At least it kept a line tied up for a few minutes to spare others the pain.
