For the President of the United States to pressure the Justice Department to reveal details and documents pertaining to an active investigation of the President’s campaign, for the purpose of denigrating it, is a gross and unprecedented abuse of power.

Today @NancyPelosi & I will be sending a letter to Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein & FBI Director Wray later today to request they reconsider holding a meeting at all, and if they do move forward, to do so in a bipartisan fashion, with the Gang of 8.

Special Counsel Mueller will not be deterred. He is going to see this investigation through to its natural conclusion, follow the facts wherever they lead. That’s how it's gone so far, & it’s resulted in dozens of indictments & several guilty pleas of top Trump campaign officials

who actually dont care if the Rump administration kills people, as long as they imprison or kill women who have abortions (Rump is ON RECORD he will punish them he just aint sure how) they will be happy.

In fact, as we speak his voters are being primed for complete financial disaster and they wont care about that either in that they will blame US, you and me.

We are past cynicism and hypocrisy, half the country actually prefers the KGB to the USA.

...I don't believe it.

It's as if, in this doomsday accounting, we don't exist; we don't have power; we don't have our own anger and righteousness. We are a dynamic force. Inflating these blowhards who rode in on a stolen election with polls and doom is a deliberate strategy to demoralize Democrats into despair.

Pushing past efforts by our party leaders to confront these abuses with cynicism and fear is a curious and self-defeating effort.

Manufacture public opinion if you have to, but this has gone way past political differences, and it's time for Democrats to distinguish themselves by standing up for the Constitution and its principles.

If RUMP asked them to do something they DO NOT approve of, they would REFUSE!!!!!! SO where is there REFUSAL?????
