American Apartheid:The White Wing's new Jim Crow

How else can you describe the virulent Trump branded version of conservatism? The NFL’s edict on the anthem is just the latest brick in the wall for the White Wing (this iteration of the Right ideology) in the march to resegregate the nation and deny voting and civil rights to the growing minority plurality?

The GOP has long operated in the shadows with dog whistles and secret handshakes to limit who is allowed to participate in our democracy. Since the 2008 election of Barack H. Obama, the veil of secrecy has been shredded with open obstruction in Congress and out front racism.

Now, the theft of the White House by the forces of hate and their foreign allies (masters) has brought our once great nation to a crossroads of decision that will brand us for generations to come.

Will we stand up to the dark forces and wrest control from those that wish us a future of diminished opportunity for the many or will the manipulated populism they espouse take us back decades and generations to a time before living memory?

Our nation was founded on shining principles that were greater that the realities of the time and built on the hope of making those dreams obtainable for all regardless of their birth.

Now is truly our time to be the greatest generation for our children.
