Does Presidential pardoning power extend to civil suits?

If not, we citizens ought to band together and sue a few in this administration. We standing because our life, liberty and pursuit of happiness are being violated every day, especially if you are a minority.

In the United States, the pardon power for federal crimes is granted to the President of the United States under Article II, Section 2 of the United States Constitution which states that the President "shall have power to grant reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United States, except in cases of impeachment .

the "Westfall Act" "accords federal employees absolute immunity from tort claims arising out of acts undertaken in the course of their official duties".
