This is the almost same statement tRump said about if he had shot someone on 5th ave nothing would

happen to him. WTF????

Donald Trump's lawyer Rudy Giuliani claimed Sunday that the President hypothetically could have shot the former FBI director to end the Russia investigation and not face prosecution for it while in office.

Giuliani told HuffPost in an interview that Trump's presidential power extends so far that "in no case can he be subpoenaed or indicted."

Oh, right hypothetically.

I think his next statement was that Trump would of course be impeached and removed the next day and then they could prosecute him.

I mean they'd likely come up w/ some rationalization about why Trump had to do it, and only a handful of Repubs would vote to impeach.
