thinking Republicans present a very, very difficult place in their heads to be. Perhaps like a german in 1945, and then in 1946. The german like 1946 is yet to come for the thinking Republicans.

It is to drum Bill Clinton out of public life before the 2018 campaign season begins. Steve Schmidt was there and gave his version of Mika's rant, ending with the same conclusion. They want to shut the Clintons up to try to salvage the Republican Party.
