You'd be surprised at what people don't know that gets them into MOUNTAINS of trouble with regard to sexual harassment. I've personally had to fire more than a half-dozen people for behavior that they thought was "harmless" or "joking" but crossed a line that they chose to ignore. Half of them were people whom I'd have preferred to keep. Two others were personally sued and one lost his job, his house, and his wife. These training sessions are no joke.
