Kevin McCarthy was actually defending his use of pardons yesterday.

Maybe one is Will Rogers. Another could be LBJ. And Abraham Lincoln. Oh, wait..

Then pardon yourself again. Marry Ivanka and Kim Kardashian. Give Jr. the state of Florida. Remodel the White House and plate it in solid gold. Go for it.

Clearly he is laying the groundwork for a self pardon since he knows Mueller has something on him.

This is good news as it confirms his guilt and he expects an indictment.

..which I would hope, they do not.

lawyer, former FBi agent and now Yale professor.. .she basically said that one of the few leftovers from the British monarchy is the presidential pardon and that a pardon assumes a grantor and a grantee, so Trump cannot be both and thus cannot pardon himself.

I'd put her word up against the word of Trump and Giuliani any day of the week.
