By accepting a pardon, the person being pardoned admits guilt for the crime.

At least that's what the Supreme Court says.

So... by pardoning himself, does that admission of guilt open himself up to prosecution at the state level?

One would hope so...

every fugging one. Of course they are guilty and they are guilty of way more than lying to the FBI.
RICO, treason, banking fraud,etc.,, etc.
