or someone else.

Could I get a court order appointing me as your guardian (obviously I know nothing about you, I'm almost certain we live in different continents, and I'm not in the least that way inclined)? But would it be legally possible?

would assume that if you were in a car crash and was a veg, the lawyer would not wheel your bed into the courtroom to show the judge.

on a side note in the case of special education....an iep or individual education plan is developed by the school staff. This document controls how the child is handled in the classroom...it has some legal power. I know the student is rarely if ever present at the thing. the special ed staff is supposed to try really damn hard to get a guardian or parent to this meeting. some parents just do not show......
