If you stopped supporting every corporstion that uses slave labor, or destroys the planet, or doesn't pay its taxes, or is in bed with dictators... Well what's left?

The neighbour, who might be a racist?

The baker who might be a bigot?

Etc.

I'm all for supporting the good guys, but there's none of those at a multinational level, which is where we get out clothes and electronics, and who runs our media and internet services.

First he uses Jewish slave labor during WWI, he designed a drug that killed somewhere around a million Jews, now he is buying Monsanto.

I hear VW is lobbying to be Trumps vehicle of choice.

BTW, I think you meant WWII. Bayer committed terrible atrocities for Hitler in WWII, but I doubt the current CEO had anything to do with it -- much less personally invented Zyklon B -- unless he's Waaaaay over 100.

Did your science tell you that?

Werner Baumann became Chairman of the Board of Management (CEO) of Bayer AG on May 1, 2016.

His predessor:

Marijn Emmanuel Dekkers is a Dutch-American manager and chemist. He was CEO of Bayer AG from 2010 to 2016, and CEO of Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. from 2002 to 2009. He was appointed Chairman of Unilever in April 2016. Wikipedia

And although Jews begged Allies to bomb train tracks to camps gassing Jews, US and Allies 'had other priorities.'

My great grand uncle died at their camp, Sachsenhausen, in Oranianberg in 1944 after being narced out - he was a Protestant founder of the Dutch resistance in gouda.

Willem, prisoner 100748.

he helped Egyptian Jews get fake travel papers, real$, and transport. Apparently Egyptian Jews were more easy to ID by the Nazis and their abundant sympathizers because they were generally darker skinned people. It was a desperate time for them especially if iirc. I guess he was Human trafficking, really, and at great risk. He was a successful osteopath. He could have ignored it all.

When I feel like a weak little bitch, I think of him, take a deep breath, and stand the fuck up.

They also sued the US Govt after the war for damage to their German plants. And won.

So Jewish investors in GM probably had no idea about that at the time.

Don't think your corporate overlords will never sell you out.

They are "people" after all.

So is the fact that most or all of us have at least an ancestor who participated in one or more of the atrocities that were more common in the past, whether they considered them that or not.

It's been SEVENTY PLUS YEARS since WW2 ended.

Anyone who was in charge at Bayer at that time is DEAD.

Companies that survived WW2 after the war went to making ordinary products.
Mitsubishi made the infamous "Zero." They make cars nowadays.

Like Bayer aspirin.

No, this is just a hysteric slam at Bayer because they want to merge with (EEEK!) Monsanto.
And of course Monsanto is the company that is owned by Satan, right?

This is what propaganda does.
It causes everyday Germans to approve of the "Final Solution," and spreads hysterical anti-science garbage from con artists and anti-GMO hucksters.
