Would that mean it's ok for Romney to evade taxes he owes?

Where does it say that in the tax code?

Just another false equivalency from FOX News trying to deflect the core issue.

He counts all the money he has made when in truth he robbed the piggy bank. He did not make the money, it was there and he took it. In some cases he would refinance the company and with his take it would leave them facing closure and bankruptcy. The best way to predict future behavior is to look at past behavior. Mitt would raid every department and run with the money off shore and send the jobs of telling us he has left with the money to India.
