I need help and an advice to share a pic

I think it breaks DU rules, it is a raw picture but a tailor-made description of what we're going through.

In normal times with a decent president, posting such an image wouldn't even occur to me.

I'd really like to share it but I don't know how to do without breaking the rules.

but, you can probably provide a brief description and a link to its presence elsewhere and let posters decide if they want to see it or not. Just don't embed anything inappropriate.
