Since he's in Singapore, can somehow we convince them to cane him?

Remember in the late 90s there was that American college student who was caught in Singapore for some petty, minor offense (I want to say littering) and the authorities caned him?

Could someone please do that to Trump while he's there? Please? Pretty please?

I'd be the first to admit that caning was a punishment wildly out of proportion to the crime. But when you're in another country, you abide by their laws or you suffer the consequences.
