I’m putting my chips on trump lying(he said he would if it went bad somehow).

So NK says Spanky has agreed to lift sanctions. This could certainly be a lie that is intended only for domestic consumption; but we have no way of knowing. If it's a lie, will Spanky contradict it, thereby maybe incurring Kim's displeasure? But if it's the truth it's an outrage. If it's the truth, will Spanky acknowledge it? Then what?
