The court date was changed. The subpoenas are the same issued before with the new court date.

But I'll add my unfounded and uninformed opinion.

This suggests to me that the Mueller investigation has already found that Manafort is the linchpin in the Trump/Russia investigation. And Manafort, Trump, et al have buried themselves in thousands of shell companies and bank accounts and money transfers that unraveling it takes time.

I think we'll find the same if/when Cohen starts talking.
