Cohen will then have to testify under oath and will not be able to take the 5th to protect himself from self incrimination.

Or did we all just agree to let the GOP sweep Nixon under a rug?

I suppose the real question should be: does any distinction even matter in the era of Trump, when his party won't pursue any crimes?
