Since there are illegal tax violations, would not the IRS be involved? Would that not be a federal criminal act?

(5,270 posts)and since there are campaign related violations involved with Sessions recused, guess Rosenstein will have to decide whether Mueller or a different team from FBI would handle investigation since Russia does not seem to be involved.

If it is shown the Foundation finances we're involved one way or another with Russians and the election, then I suppose it would be fair game for Mueller.
