Stephen Colbert and children

My representatives are Ted Lieu, Dianne Feinstein, and Kamala Harris. They are already doing EVERYTHING they can do. I used to live in Texas. I wonder if Ted Cruz's office would accept my call (I was born and raised there but have lived in California most of my adult life). I think if one was born in a particular state, we should have some say there too (but that may be stretching it....).....
