The man seems increasingly out-of-touch. While I've never liked him or his demeanor, he always seemed intelligent and expressive.

These days, he's just another clown trying to normalize the outrageous behavior of Trump and his coterie of criminality.

Although Mr. Toobin was a student of Dershowitz's, he has surpassed his former teacher in his ability to logically and clearly express his legal views.

It's absurd to argue an act can't be legal in one instance and illegal in another. If the president pardons someone because he believes it's the appropriate thing to do that would be a constitutional exercise of Article ll powers. If the president pardons a person because that person's brother gave him a million dollars that would be an illegal exercise of Article ll powers.
