How long before the Manhattan District Attorney starts looking at Trump and Cohen?

It's very likely that the feds and state AG found wrongdoing that woud typically referred to local law enforcement. How long before Cy Vance, Jr. decides to start pressing charges?

He seems to have a problem going after the big and powerful. Read that he basically declined to prosecute Harvey Weinstein years ago.

...........so there's no Double Jeopardy argument. That's why I'm not worried about Trump pardoning Manafort. If he does it, the New York AG will hit him with State charges the next day. He'll go back to jail and Trump can't pardon him for those.
