as they were making Trump look like a legitimate candidate—even top members of the GOP said he was joke (in so many words). But the press (including the L.A. Times) was playing the election like any other Presidential election—and it was not.

I finally looked at their online paper today, and noticed they appear to be critical of Trump. That was nice to see, but I've given up on the Times.

Mengele's grandkids running this place?!?! HOW could a human (I use the term loosely) even think about that?! Even if it's a baby crying, there is to be no comforting or holding. Not much different from concentration camps except these are camps, with concentration. Right in the USA. Whooda thunk it?

orphanages thought that by not allowing human touch, the orphans would grow stronger. Instead nearly all of them died. The orphanages quickly learned that children who were hugged and had regular human touch lived and were healthy.

It is pretty clear to me that Trump and ICE want to murder these kids by depriving them of normal, healthy human touch.

It seems the help kept breaking when forced to interact with prisoners and victims. This may not be murder of the body this time, it is murder of the conscience. This stain will not wash away.

Is this serious? This whole thing is just sick beyond belief. First they rip these children from their parents arms and then they treat them like criminals themselves. Those poor children will be scarred for life. I hope everyone responsible for this burns in hell for eternity.

They are going through more stress than even adults should have to contend with.
So even siblings can't comfort one another. This is not the country I grew up in.

Dickens would have a gold mine of material at one of these internment camps.
